As attractive as any vintage Rolex sports watch can get with its warm patina and sharp case and more interesting than a vintage Submariner. It’s even more interesting than most other Sea-Dwellers because of the rare MK3 Double Red dial, which was produced for only a short amount of time. For anyone who’s been on the hunt for the perfect Double Red, this one is a killer.

CONDITION NOTES

CASE: Excellent sharp case with thick and even lugs with wide chamfers and no corrosion outside or in. Correct black fat font MK3 bezel insert.

DIAL: Stunning and vibrant original MK3 Double Red dial with wonderful original yellow lume in perfect condition.

HANDS: Excellent original handset with original matching patina and lume.

MOVEMENT: Clean with no corrosion. Running well but would benefit from a full service which will be quickly completed upon sale.
