1973 Rolex Submariner 1680 “Red Sub” MK6 Dial
The one in red always stands out.
$25,950
OVERVIEW
Most of us who yearn for a Red Sub have probably considered whether or not a later 1680 without the red print would satisfy us, especially for the significant price difference. While the white print is a fantastic watch for the money, let’s face it: a Red Sub is the only way to go if you can swing it.
With a stunning vibrant dial, perfectly faded grey mega fat font bezel insert, and sharp case it doesn’t really get much better.
CONDITION NOTES
CASE: Professionally polished in the past but expertly done with prominent chamfers and sharp edges. Perfect faded grey mega fat font insert. Bracelet is in excellent condition.
DIAL & HANDS: Stunning and vibrant MK6 dial in perfect original condition and light yellow patina lume. Original handset has the normal light oxidation that comes with the tritium patina being this color.
MOVEMENT: Running optimally and in clean condition with high amplitude and accuracy.
