OVERVIEW

This could be one of the best examples of a Rolex 1655 I’ve had in my possession. While I’ve sold some less worn, and some even in near mint condition with a full set… this example here is in the condition I like the most for a vintage Rolex tool watch: sharp, worn, and unbothered with dial & hands in perfect condition and with the most satisfying pumpkin orange patina. Whoever wore this watch most of its life was probably a pretty cool and laid back person. I’d like to go back in time to buy them a beer, and then buy more watches.

CONDITION NOTES

CASE: Naturally worn case with sharp, thick, and even lugs. Appears to have never been polished. Correct and sharp MK2 bezel.

DIAL & HANDS: Outstanding MK2 dial with stunning and vibrant original pumpkin lume. Excellent handset with original matching lume with vibrant orange hand.

MOVEMENT: Running like a brand new watch with high amplitude and accuracy.
