OVERVIEW

I love getting watches in unworn condition, but I think I hate it more than I love it because I can’t wear them. One of the biggest perks of being a vintage watch dealer is that if I get something I love I can wear it without fear of reducing its value, since most vintage watches have already been worn quite a bit. This is not one of those watches.

There’s really nothing else I can say about this Day-Date that can’t be learned by looking at the photos. For some reason, no one has had the courage to wear this stunning gold timepiece. My wish is that the next owner will wear it proudly, everywhere they go.

CONDITION NOTES

CASE: Basically brand new with just a few hairline marks from storage. Caseback sticker is still intact.

DIAL & HANDS: Perfect champagne sunburst dial with full lume plots. Hands are perfect with original lume.

MOVEMENT: Running accurately with optimal amplitude.
