1969 Omega Speedmaster 68ST Transitional
Produced the same year as the moon landing.
$OLD
OVERVIEW
The Omega Speedmaster 68st is a transitional model and is the first Speedmaster to use the 861 caliber movement while having the same applied logo dial as the generation before. A year later, the 69st came out with a printed Omega logo.
CONDITION NOTES
CASE: Great condition for being over 50 years old, especially the original Dot Over 90 bezel which is usually found in poor shape or replaced.
DIAL: Perfect dial and patina. Honestly the best dial I’ve ever seen on a Speedy.
HANDS: Aged darker than the dial but in excellent condition and consistent with its age.
MOVEMENT: Pristine condition and recently serviced.
